Gumbase different forms:

1.1 Block solid gum base

Advantages:

It’s little limited by temperature, humidity, climate, transportation, packaging and storage.

It’s suitable for most of the factories in the world.

Key features: wasy to store and transport

1.2 Sheet gum base

Shortages:

It’s mainly for the hard gum base and gum base with high softening point.

It’s stick together easily in hot summer, if stick seriously it will be same as block gum base.   

It’s mainly used in the factory which running full automatic machines.

1.3 Granules gum base

Shortages:

It’s mainly for the hard gum base and gum base with high softening point.

It has special requirement on temperature, humidity, climate and packaging.

It’s mainly used in the factory which running full automatic machines and has automatic raw materials feeding machine.

1.4 Powder gum base

Features:

It is usually in high softening point, the requirements for packaging and external transportation pressure are also very high. It can not be subjected to any heavy pressure, which is easy to caking, and be affected by moisture and high temperature. It is suitable for punch stamping products, not suitable for most factories.
